Urban Book Publishing provides professional services including (but not limited to):

Book writing and ghostwriting

Editing and proofreading

Book formatting and cover design

E-book writing

Publishing assistance and book marketing

All services are customized and delivered based on agreed project scope and timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution

Respond in a timely manner to communications and approvals

Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

Delays caused by lack of client feedback may impact project timelines.

Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed content belong to the client.

Urban Book Publishing retains no ownership over manuscripts, ideas, or final works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ghostwriting projects are completed under full confidentiality.

Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Due to the customized and creative nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced.

Any refund considerations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your service agreement. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may require additional fees.

Third-Party Platforms

Publishing and distribution services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, IngramSpark). We are not responsible for changes, policies, or actions taken by these platforms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Outstanding payments for completed work remain payable upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, applicable in the State of New York.

Changes to Terms

Urban Book Publishing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
